FAQs
A luau is a wonderful way to experience Hawaiian culture — enjoy traditional island dishes and take in a vibrant Polynesian show featuring music and dances from Hawaiʻi and across the Pacific.
What does my admission ticket include?
Your admission includes a complete luau dinner and a Polynesian show showcasing traditional dances from across the Islands. Many luaus also offer island arts and crafts, along with cultural activities such as hula or ukulele lessons.
Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes. We recommend reserving at least a few days ahead. Popular luaus often sell out — sometimes weeks in advance — so the earlier you book, the better your chances of securing a spot.
Are there foods for vegetarians?
Many luaus offer vegetarian food options. Please refer to the specific luau page for more information about menu options.
What do I wear?
Casual dress is fine, such as casual Aloha attire. For chilly evenings a light jacket is recommended.
How long does a luau last?
A luau typically lasts around 3 hours.
Is a luau wheelchair accessible?
Yes. If you require special accommodations, have a wheelchair or have any other special needs, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance of your luau date.
What happens if the weather is bad?
On the rare occasion that a luau needs to be canceled, you will be notified and will receive a refund.
