Smith’s Luau is held along the banks of Kauai's Wailua River. Enjoy a shell lei welcome, stroll through 30 acres of gardens, and watch the traditional imu ceremony. Feast on an all-you-care-to-eat luau dinner with Hawaiian favorites and open bar, then cap the night with the Rhythms of Aloha show featuring Polynesian music and dances under the stars.

Held in a torch-lit lagoon amphitheater along the banks of the Wailua River, Smith's Luau offers an authentic Hawaiian celebration. Begin with the sounding of the conch shell and torch lighting, then enjoy a traditional luau feast featuring kalua pork, teriyaki beef, mahi mahi, chicken adobo, and a wide variety of salads and sides. After dinner, experience the spectacular Rhythms of Aloha show with music and dances from Hawaii, Samoa, Tahiti, the Philippines, New Zealand, and Japan.

    Important Notice – Wailua River State Park Entry Fee: The state of Hawaii is charging a $10 fee per car to park and a $5 fee per person (age 4 and up) for entrance to Waila River State Park. Luau guests are responsible for these fees, which are collected directly by the state via credit card only at the park entrance (no cash accepted). This fee covers your visit to Wailua River State Park sites at the Wailua River Marina, as well as Opaeka'a Falls, Poliahu Heiau, Kaumuali'i Park and Wailua Falls.
