We have created a new tier of seating called "Preferred Seating". The section of seats for Preferred are the center tables in the room, (center tables, 2nd row from the stage). Preferred guests will enter through the VIP entrance and be seated before the General line opens. They will also be escorted to the buffet before the General guests.

While you enjoy the tastes of Hawaii, Drums of the Pacific Polynesian Spectacular (a Tihati Production) takes you on a journey through the islands of Polynesia. It features authentic dances and music of the old Hawaii, Samoa, Fiji, New Zealand, Tahiti, Tonga, and Raratonga in the hottest Maui Luaus Show in the Islands.

You are greeted with shell leis and welcomed with fresh mai tais or fruit punch upon arrival, which are served all evening long, as well as an open bar featuring all your favorite mixed cocktails.

Your evening begins with Luau in Hawaii music and audience participation featuring hula and poi ball lessons, coconut tree climbing, coconut husking and finally the imu ceremony, the unveiling of the main dish - Kalua Pua'a (pig). Friendly greetings by Royal Polynesians followed by a Polynesian fashion show featuring the island's most exotic pareo (sarongs) in a variety of creative styles.

The Menu: A generous all-you-can-eat buffet features Kalua Pork (Hawaiian style roast pork), Huli Huli Chicken, Mahi Mahi, Ulupalakua Beef, Polynesian Rice, Baked Kula Potatoes, Baked Hawaiian Sweet Potatoes, Vegetables Makamaka, Tropical Fruits Anuenue, Soba Noodles, Roasted Wedges of Maui Onions, Lomi Lomi Salmon, Pacific Ahi Poke, Tossed Green Salad, Kim Chee and Poi.
